US Club Soccer Form Updated

The latest US Club Soccer Registration Form is now integrated with Demosphere’s RosterPro™ Registration System for customers in several states.

This feature provides convenience in auto-filling the official US Club Soccer form using information already collected in the organization’s database about each registrant.

To access this great feature, just click the US Club link located near the player’s name, and an administrator can download a PDF file with all the player, parent, emergency contact, physician, and medical insurance info pre-populated and ready for printing.
