SMS Filtering And Other RosterPro® Enhancements

RosterPro® Registration System!

Text Message Filtering

When sending a text message to Participant or Volunteer Recipient Groups, administrators can now send the message to Registrants and Household Administrators in one message.

Avoid Duplicates

New error-checking has been added to help prevent users from creating duplicate household members.

If the Household Administrator creates a new member with the same last name and date of birth, the system will ask the user if they want to continue creating that member or select an existing member.

Cash/Check Installments

Administrators now have the option of allowing parents to pay for installments via cash or check. If this option is enabled, household administrators receive payment reminders three days before an installment is due.

Move Volunteers

If a participant is associated with a volunteer, the volunteer can automatically be moved by an administrator in the event the participant moves from one seasonal grouping to another.
