Demosphere Team Hits the Pitch in Seattle

As we continue to drive innovation in the sports technology landscape, our team is always on the move, connecting with valued partners and forging new relationships. Recently, President Kris Baker and Director of Customer Success Camille Cheatwood embarked on a productive trip to Seattle to meet with Seattle Youth Soccer Association (SYSA) and other key stakeholders.

Maximizing Partnership Potential

As we head into the third year of our partnership with SYSA, the focus was on addressing the league’s scheduling needs for the upcoming Fall season and exploring how SYSA can benefit from the latest enhancements to Demosphere’s scheduling platform. Our platform aims to simplify complex scheduling tasks, ensuring league operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Registration and Best Practices

Meetings with SYSA registrars yielded glowing feedback about our registration tools, which have been meeting their needs with flying colors. To further empower SYSA Member Club registrars, two best practices sessions were held, covering optimal system usage and sharing insights into our product roadmap for Q2 and beyond.

Expanding Horizons

In addition to strengthening our existing partnership with SYSA, we also met with North Puget Sound League, a current partner, to discuss their transition to our newest platform for managing team registrations and league schedules. This upgrade will bring the power of our solutions in a modern, user-friendly interface to the league and its member clubs.

Prospective Partnerships

The trip also included meetings with several prospective partners seeking to enhance their Club & League solutions. The team was excited to demonstrate our latest tools and show how they can meet the evolving needs of the soccer community.

A Thrilling Finale

The visit concluded with a thrilling match at Lumen Field where the Seattle Sounders took on the Vancouver Whitecaps. Although the Sounders didn’t secure a win, the energy and excitement of the game were palpable, serving as a fitting finale to a productive and successful trip.
