Demosphere At Work: Simplifying Registration and Scheduling for a California 3v3 Soccer Festival

Over the first weekend of June, I had the pleasure of directing the 7th annual 3v3 Festival hosted by my club, Crusaders Soccer Club, in San Diego, California.

This festival allows our athletes to play short-sided games while having fun under the San Diego sun.

Our goal for the event is to enhance skills and provide a fun environment for everyone involved. However, with over 100 teams representing different clubs around Southern California, festival operations can be a difficult task.

As director of the Festival, I utilized Demosphere’s registration solution for teams to sign up for the tournament. In addition, I also used Demosphere’s scheduling solution to schedule games and update scores and standings while on-site.

With these two integrated features, registration was a breeze and the festival ran flawlessly! Parents and families of our players were ecstatic that they were able to check scores and standings on their mobile devices throughout the weekend.
