Public Widgets: The Latest in Schedule Sharing

An exciting new public display option is now available within Demosphere’s comprehensive scheduling tools. This new public schedules widget is highly customizable and offers administrators the ability to place a polished, responsive and automatically updating schedule on their website for easy viewing.

To enable widgets, simply select the schedule type, season, and grouping parameters.

When your widget is posted publicly, members can easily navigate between divisions and teams to view full-season schedules with the date and time of each game, the home and away teams, the location and the status of each field/surface. There is also a link to Google Maps with directions to each location. Members can toggle between views—either schedules by groupings or schedules by locations—to meet your scheduling needs.

These widgets automatically update as schedules update – whether scores are entered, games are postponed or locations are closed. The widgets can be posted directly to your Demosphere-powered website or on any other external site, such as one built on WordPress. Two additional public widgets are coming soon – standings and locations, which will display the status of each location and surface.
