Efficiently Manage Payments with Past Due Reporting and Messaging

Managing member payments is a crucial aspect of running a successful youth sports organization.

To help organizations stay on top of this vital task, Demosphere allows administrators to track, manage, and message members with past-due payments efficiently and effectively—and now, it is easier than ever with our pre-built Pay Due Payments view:

Drop-down menus and filter options on the report allow administrators to select specific competitions, seasons, registration statuses, and date ranges. Past-due payments matching the selected criteria will be displayed on the report, which can then be configured, exported, or printed by administrators.

Based on the report outcome, administrators can also customize notifications for the affected members, either alerting the entire household or just the submitter, of past-due payments via email. All past-due payment messages that are sent can be accessed via the Email Broadcast History.

This new feature is just one of many time-saving functions of the Demosphere platform that’s allowing Administrators more time to focus on growing the game!
