Ensure Chat Safety Through The Demosphere Mobile App

Clear and acceptable communication is the foundation of a well-managed sports organization. Demosphere’s integrated mobile app and user-friendly chat channels offer effective team communication for all members of your organization.

But how can you ensure that your players, coaches, staff, and parents are corresponding safely?

Aligning with SafeSport’s mission, full admin users have visibility into all mobile chat messages and conversations happening through the Demosphere app via the administrative Team Page views.

Admins can view messages within the team wall, staff wall, and direct message chats between team members, allowing for greater transparency among users.

To monitor chat channels, administrators can navigate to the team’s page and select the ‘Messages’ tab. Then, administrators will choose the ‘Mobile Chat’ option on the Report menu and click on a chat channel to view the thread content.

Full admins will have access to view all chat channels for all teams affiliated with their organization.
