Demosphere On the Road: JVA Align Volleyball Summit 2025
Demosphere was proud to attend the inaugural Align Volleyball Educational Summit, hosted by our partners at JVA. As the first event of its kind, it exceeded expectations, drawing nearly 170 attendees from volleyball clubs across the country.
The sessions were packed with energy, ideas, and open dialogue—everything we hoped for and more. We were especially inspired by speakers like:
- Mick Haley, legendary coach and former USC head coach, who emphasized player development over outcome
- Dan Kaplan from SportRecruits, who shared data-driven strategies to help clubs support athletes through the recruiting process
- Betsy Devine, Director of Volleyball at Penn State, who offered a glimpse into how top programs streamline logistics and player development
These speakers—and many others—brought home just how quickly the sport of volleyball is evolving and how important it is for clubs to keep pace.
