Situate Travel Invitations Easily With RosterPro™

In the RosterPro™ Registration System, it’s easy to create seasons that are invitation only – commonly used by organizations where tryouts are required.

After tryouts have concluded, an administrator can create an invite only season and specifically indicate which registrants should be invited to register.

The list of invitees can be created at the overall seasonal level or down at an age group level if the invitations only apply to a subset of registrants. For parents, there will be no confusion – if their child has not been invited to the program, it will not be listed as an available option for them.
