Illinois Youth Soccer Recognizes Demosphere Administrators Of The Year
Demosphere aims to help youth sports administrators be more efficient and there’s tons of positive work being done by administrators nationwide.
Through our partners at Illinois Youth Soccer Association (IYSA), Demosphere sponsored the Administrator Of The Year Award. In addition to the recognition, the winning administrator’s club received a grant to further the club’s objectives.
It was too difficult to decide this year, so IYSA recognized three great Administrators Of The Year (from left): Wayne Bernacki, Thunder Soccer Club; Jane Raede, Southern Illinois Soccer League; and Dave Dilger, Southwest Soccer Club.
Wayne Bernacki has been a part of Thunder Soccer Club since its inception and appropriately currently serves as President as it celebrates its 30th anniversary in 2013. His work in all aspects of the organization has been a driving force in the club’s long-running success.
Jane Raede’s overwhelming commitment to the game of soccer has been one of the keys in the success of Illinois Youth Soccer programs in the southern part of the state. In addition to her work with the competitive league, SISL, she also has been instrumental in the revival of ODP in southern Illinois and a new TOPSoccer program.
Dave Dilger has spent 15 working with Southwest Soccer Club, beginning as a volunteer coach for his daughter’s team. Since then, he has held just about every position with the organization including President, Vice President, Travel Coach, Director of Travel, & Recreational Coach. Dave is truly the organization’s “go-to” guy.
Congrats to the winners and keep up the great work!
