Demosphere is proud to bring tools, research and tips to the coaches of our youth. Today, we are thrilled to introduce the The Coaches’ Voice to the Demosphere community; a global, online community for soccer coaches who want to develop their coaching knowledge and skills. Launched in January 2018, The Coaches’ Voice is a media platform for soccer coaches to manage their own narrative and give unique insights into their philosophy, strategy and tactics.
In September 2019, The Coaches’ Voice launched their coach-education platform, CV Academy. CV Academy is a subscription-based online education platform that helps coaches at all levels of the soccer pyramid develop their skills by connecting them with content from a growing community of elite and academy coaches.
Exclusive coaching courses
Two new and exclusive video courses, filmed using high-end drone technology and delivered by elite professional and academy coaches, are added to CV Academy every month. Coaches who have delivered courses so far include Aitor Karanka, Carlos Carvalhal and Lee Johnson, while we are also building a depth of content with academy coaches from clubs from Category 1 Academies including, to date, Chelsea, Newcastle and Norwich.
Coaches’ Voice is also now delivering regular one-to-one and small-group sessions aimed at all levels, from grassroots to professional, and which can be carried out in smaller playing areas and with limited numbers of players.
CV Live
Launched in 2021, their series of live webinars give subscribers regular and direct access to some of the game’s leading coaches. Watch them talk exclusively about their philosophies and processes, share insights from their game models and tactical approaches, and answer questions selected from among the live audience. Ralf Rangnick, Jesse Marsch, Graham Potter and Danny and Nicky Cowley are among the coaches to have appeared so far, with more great names to come.
Session plans and practices
Subscribers also gain access to a significant bank of detailed and easy-to-use session plans and practices, all of which are curated by UEFA Pro License coaches. They can find sessions and practices that work for them, from every phase of player development from Under-8 through to first team. All are downloadable and easy to filter using drop-down menus.

CV Academy subscribers can also see the best coaches in the world deliver unique tactical insights with exclusive early access to their ever-popular Masterclass category, while The Journey offers unique insights into the individual pathways of elite coaches to have featured on the Coaches’ Voice platforms.
