System Update: Flexible Service Fees By Payment Type

The Demosphere platform now supports a highly configurable fee structure with options for our partners to pass along all, part, or none of the processing fees, by payment type, to their members.

With the addition of the lower-cost ACH payment option, this is a perfect time for your organization to reconsider the fee structure for your members. For example, maybe you wish to cover the low-cost ACH processing fees but pass along the more expensive credit card fees to your members. Perhaps it makes more sense for your organization to cover the processing rate but pass along the per-transaction fees to your members.

With the flexibility of the new service fee by payment type options, you can fully configure the Demosphere solution to what best serves the needs of your organization and members.
