Enhanced Flexibility w/ Custom Registration Questions

Demosphere’s RosterPro™ Registration System is now more flexible than ever! A new, recently added feature allows administrators to specify custom questions for individual programs. For example, in a multi-sport organization, you might wish to ask a football registrant about their weight and experience for team assignment while asking a soccer registrant the name of the team they last played for. With this new feature, organizations can do all that and more.

To access the feature, head to Registration Setup (within Seasonal Setup) and select Program Specific Questions. Here, for each program, administrators may ask up to five (5) questions. Each question can be required or optional and the questions themselves can be in three formats:

• Short Answer
• Long Answer (Paragraph)
• Drop Down
