Demosphere Support Is Now HDI-Certified!
The members of Demosphere Support have reached an impressive milestone as a team this winter as each member became a HDI-certified Customer Service Representative.
HDI is an association centered around professional development in the technical support industry. The organization offers resources and training seminars to promote organization-wide success through exceptional customer service.
Demosphere Support participated in an online course available over 12 weeks through HDI, averaging around six hours to completion.
The course was broken into four main units:
- Role in the Support Center
- Communication Skills
- Problem-solving & Troubleshooting Skills
- Maximize Effectiveness
At the end of the course, each member was required to complete a 75 minute exam to assert their knowledge in the above topics and earn their certification.
Demosphere is looking forward to a bright year in the Support department with a staff that is energized and ready to put their newly learned skills to the test. Congratulations Allan Thompson, Edwin Gomez, Isabel Lievano, Jessica Santos, Jim Jorgensen, Kevin Taylor, and Valerie Igal!
