Introducing the Demosphere Mobile App for Directors and Admins

Managing a youth sports organization requires seamless access to team information and efficient communication with coaches, players, and parents.

To help streamline this process, full administrators and directors can view all active seasonal teams within their organization directly through the Demosphere mobile app!

This powerful mobile app feature allows all organization members to have a unified experience and a direct line of communication.

In addition, this feature enables administrators to easily manage multiple teams, provide updates on team events, moderate chat content, and provide timely support—all from the convenience of their mobile device.

Once in the team view, administrators can see basic team information, including ID numbers, organization names, competition names, season, and the number of team members. In addition, administrators can also view a full calendar or narrow it down to a seven-day snapshot of team events, including training sessions, games, and custom events. Lastly, administrators can send and receive messages via the Team or Staff Wall.

With these comprehensive capabilities at their fingertips, full administrators and directors can effectively manage their youth sports organizations, ensuring every team runs smoothly and every member stays connected and informed.
