2025 IYSL Conference: Strengthening the Youth Sports Community
Our Demosphere team was privileged to attend the IYSL Conference on February 16-18, 2025 in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Hosted by the Institute for Youth Sports Leaders, this inaugural event brought the youth sports community together in a unique and inspiring way.
About the Event
Over 100 youth sports leaders converged at the conference, including several valued Demosphere partners. The event provided a vibrant platform where professionals from a variety of sports could share best practices, collaborate on solving real-world challenges, and network to build a strong community with one another.
While the event showcased a diverse range of sports, a shared vision, mission, and set of organizational challenges united everyone in attendance. Industry experts delivered thought-provoking presentations, and interactive leadership circles allowed participants to dive deep into practical applications of best practices for their own organizations.
A huge thank you goes out to Scott Wollaston and Dave Newberry for running the event with such expertise and dedication. Their leadership helped create a truly rewarding experience for everyone involved.
