There are several ways to contact a member of our Support Team so that we can help you resolve any issue you might have as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please use one of the following methods:
OPTION 1 : Demosphere Knowledge Base
Administrators can search our Knowledge Base for solutions to Frequently Asked Questions. Categorized answers are easily accessible for quick answers. The Knowledge Base is available from the Support Center link on your admin homepage.

OPTION 2 : Submit A Request Online
Administrators may submit their request for support online. Outside of our Knowledge Base, this is quickest and most efficient option. This is also available from the Support Center link on your admin homepage.
OPTION 3 : Telephone Support
Administrators may call us at 800-949-9440.
Our current Support hours are:
- Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., ET
If you need emergency support outside of these hours please follow the prompts for support when calling 800-949-9440. You will be able to leave a voicemail for our Support Team. Please remember to speak slowly and clearly and try to be as detailed as possible.
Demosphere Software Users Group
This is a place for users of Demosphere’s products and services to help one another out, share tips and tricks, and chat about these excellent solutions. Feel free to explore and view threads. You have to be a member to post messages, but new members are welcome. Joining is quick and easy.
