Household-Based System - Create one master household record for each family. Parents can log in and register multiple children for multiple programs--all in one process.
Export to ULM - Automatically transfer registration data to Upward’s ULM module.
User-Defined Fields - You choose what information to collect! Do you want to know what school your members attend? Want to collect jersey sizes? You can do it all.
Volunteer Management - Collect volunteer information ask for help with any aspects of your program.
Collect Donations - Allow parents to donate to your church. Donations average approximately $2.75 per registration.
Credit Card Processing - Accept VISA®, MasterCard®, American Express® and Discover® payments and/or allow registrants to mail-in their checks for payment. Also allow users to pay in installments to break-up costs.
E-Mail Broadcast - Send out mass emails as often as you like. Let your members know when new programs are available or if a date has changed--you decide.
Historical Data - View full household information from past years. Data is never deleted from your system!
Built-In Accounting - Summaries by week, season, and payment type are possible. Administrators can also process refunds in seconds.
