Online Registration - Team Management
One of the most important aspects of running a youth sports organization is organizing the teams themselves. As part of the Online Registration System, Demosphere offers a comprehensive Team Management System.

- Completely Web-Based - This terrific web-based system is entirely administered via your web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Chrome, etc) - no actual 'installation' necessary!
- Multiple Team Sorting Options - Classify teams by age group, division, and even team group if needed. Flexible enough for both large and small organizations.
- Flexible Rights System. Grant access to team formation for specific commissioners based on age group. Delegate team management to those directly responsible without compromising any sensitive data or financial records.
- Flexible Assigning - Assign players to teams in the intuitive point-and-click Team Builder. (see screenshot below).
- Customized Data Views - To assist with assigning players, display registration data as needed based on specific data collected from parents.
- Error Checking - Catch potential errors automatically such as making sure siblings are on the same team and making sure players are placed on age-appropriate teams.
- Roster Printing - Once rosters are generated, print in four different formats with the ability to customize as needed.
- Email Distribution - Once formed, team rosters can be automatically emailed to respective coaches.
