Demosphere® Goes Mobile!
|
 As you prepare for your tournament weekend, rec league, or travel league, we wanted to announce a new feature that allows you to easily view scores and standings on a mobile device.
As scores are reported, the mobile version is updated just the same as the version on your site, only it's formatted for viewing on an iPhone, Android, Blackberry, or other mobile device. For more information, check out our blog post.

Maximize Demosphere®

Join us for our monthly Maximize Demosphere Webcast this month!
On Wednesday, September 15th at 1:00p ET, Demosphere will present its 18th monthly Maximize Demosphere Webcast. Each month, Demosphere presents a webcast aimed at maximizing some of Demosphere's services.
During this month's Maximize Demosphere, the topic is Sharing Club Website Ideas. We'll review some components of successful websites to help spark your thinking this fall!

For the Good of the Game

Over the last two weekends, Prince William Soccer, Inc. (PWSI) held the 13th Annual Toys for Tots Tournament in support of the National Capital Toys For Tots campaign. This tournament has donated thousands of toys since its inception in 1996. From PWSI's website "Prince William Soccer is proud to be affiliated with a charitable cause with each of its three tournaments. We feel a tremendous responsibility to give back to the community through our events."

Enhanced Feature: Field Status
|
 The Field Status indicator, which can be found on the homepage of many Demosphere-powered WebWriter® websites, is now more detailed than ever. If all fields are open then then the Field Status will appear green. If all fields are closed, the Field Status item will appear red. If some, but not all fields are closed, the Field Status will appear yellow. It will also show in the proper time zone for your club or league. Remember, through Demosphere's partnership with RainedOut, your members can sign up to receive text message notifications when fields are closed within the field status feature.

Demosphere on the Go!

Last month, Demosphere's Soizik Smith had the opportunity to tour the Mockingbird Valley Sports Complex and meet up with two of our valued customers: Mockingbird Soccer Club and the Louisville Lightning. Soizik enjoyed talking with Lisa McLaughlin and Frank Peabody - it's always nice to meet our customers in person and put a face to the voice on the other end of the phone!
