Join us for our monthly Maximize Demosphere Webcast this month!
On Wednesday, August 18th at 1:00p ET, Demosphere will present its 17th monthly Maximize Demosphere Webcast. Each month, Demosphere presents a webcast aimed at maximizing some of Demosphere's services.
During this month's Maximize Demosphere, we'll discuss using Twitter for your non-profit organization. We'll focus on easy-to-implement tips you can use today!

New Feature: Scorekeeping and Team Advance
|
Semi-automatic team placement is now available! This new feature will choose the proper team for playoff games and will update publicly once the admin user approves the teams. Enter your scores in any of four easy ways: via the division schedule, Phone it In, clicking the link "Edit all blank scores" found on the scheduling administration page, or by clicking "Scorekeeping and Team Advance".
Demosphere strives to continually upgrade your systems to make it easier for you to accomplish essential tasks - we hope you will get the most out of this new scheduling feature!

Cape Express Awards Four George Pratt Memorial Scholarships
Demosphere client The Cape Express Soccer Club, recently awarded four $1,000 scholarships to students based on academic achievement, school activities, participation in CESC and participation in sports and community service. Recipients were selected on the basis of all around general achievements, while also being a soccer player at the high school or varsity club level. Demosphere on the Go!
|
Last month, Demosphere traveled to the Florida Youth Soccer Assn. AGM in Orlando, FL and met with many current and potential clients. Of course no trip to Orlando would be complete without a little time spent with Disney characters as well! The next stop was the Louisiana Soccer Assn. AGM, Demosphere's first time at the show. Our team saw the oil cleanup first hand as the host hotel was also a staging area for the U.S. Coast Guard. Finally, the team spent some time in Seattle for the Elite Clubs National League (ECNL) AGM & National Championship. The inaugural event attracted 40 of the top girls soccer clubs from around the country in three age groups (U15-U17) to play for national titles. Their Demosphere-powered website launched just before the event and the league will be using comprehensive registration and scheduling tools this season.

Get Going Demosphere!

On a hot day in DC, Demosphere's Jaime Martin and team successfully completed the Take Steps for Crohn's & Colitis Walk. Take Steps is CCFA's national evening walk and celebration and the nation's largest event dedicated to finding cures for digestive diseases. Jaime's team crushed their fundraising goal of $3,500 and brought in $3,973 that will go toward crucial research and awareness of these painful and unpredictable digestive diseases that afflict millions of people.
