| Support Through Sport Contest WINNER! |
OA Projects Wins Demosphere® Support Through Sport Contest! OA Projects, a grassroots organization that uses soccer to build stronger communities for war-affected youth, was voted the winner of Demosphere's Support Through Sport Contest.
The contest, held in conjunction with Demosphere's 20th Anniversary, focused on recognizing contributions made by youth sports organizations to their community. Dozens of submissions were received and five finalists were selected. After over 1,500 votes were cast throughout the month of May, OA Projects was voted the winner.  Today marks the commencement of the 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa - an event that has been much anticipated over the last four years! Demosphere® employees will be catching as many games as possible and all eyes will be glued to the TV for Saturday's big match between the U.S. and England - tune in to ABC at 2:30PM ET to watch the U.S. fight to repeat the historic "Miracle on Grass" game where the U.S. beat England 1-0 at the 1950 World Cup in Brazil. Join us for our monthly Maximize Demosphere® Webcast this month! On Wednesday, June 23th at 1:00p ET, Demosphere will present its 15th monthly Maximize Demosphere Webcast. Each month, Demosphere presents a webcast aimed at maximizing some of Demosphere's services. During this month's Maximize Demosphere, we'll discuss Seasonal Registration Planning. We are sharing 'Club Best Practices' for youth sports clubs, which are helpful ideas and tips directed to clubs who are members of leagues we work with.
