| Demosphere On-The-Go |
| "Demosphere House" is open for business! We travel to many great places throughout the year, but the most demanding "trip" took place last Wednesday, March 28th, when we moved to our new address. Despite moving less than .25 miles, it was quite a trip! After packing, hauling, lugging, squeezing, "debating" office space, and unpacking, we're finally all moved into our new office space. Our phone numbers remain the same, but our address has changed. Our New Address: 306 North Washington Street, Falls Church, VA 22046 |

| Tip of the Month - Tournament/Scheduling |
|
Want to know if there are coaching conflicts for your tournament or league? Make sure you have it turned on! In the season structure wizard there is a box called, "Audit Coach Conflicts," make sure it is set to YES. Then go to your scheduling administration page and you will see a link called "Audit Coach Conflicts." Enter the information on the coach or team who may have a conflict and let the system find the conflicting games for you. |
| Online Registration Feature Update |
|
Charles has been working hard to release the latest improvement to Demosphere's Online Registration (OLR) product. Team managers are now linked to registrants in the same way as coaches and assistant coaches. They can be assigned to teams just like coaching volunteers are currently. This should allow for more precise data management for team managers. If you wish to take advantage of this feature, head to Registration Setup, click on Add/Update Volunteer Options, and activate the Team Manager volunteer position. You do not need to take any action if you do not wish to use this feature. For a more complete description of this feature, please see our Blog. |
