| Tip of the Month - WebWriter |
| Is an article missing from your public site? Make sure it is not pending or embargoed! If an article is pending it is highlighted red in admin mode. While in admin mode, you can see and modify the article, but it will not be seen publicly. To make it public, click on the yellow settings icon for that article. In the pending section, change the setting from YES to NO, and click save. The system will republish that page and the article will be seen publicly. If an article is embargoed, it means that a date range has been activated for that article. Click on settings for the embargoed article. You can either extend the date range by changing the date that the article should be hidden from the public site; or, you can turn off the date range so the article is up on the site until you take it off. |

| Is your club prepared for your Fall Tournament or the beginning of your Fall league? Contact Demosphere Support to review your schedule to make sure it is ready-to-go. Remember to review your standings and setup your tie-breakers. It is also a good idea to enter a few fake scores to make sure you are comfortable with the process.  Demosphere has created a knowledge base full of answers to questions you may have about your website. You can access it through the admin side of your website. Simply click "Support Center" from the admin home page and you can search for questions. If you cannot find a solution to your question, please refer to Option 2, Submit Request Online. Here you can submit your information and questions and a support staff member will get back to you as quickly as possible. |
