For registration clients, a new feature enhancement is being released this month. You will find it in the standard Season Setup link within Registration Setup, and it states, "Click here to control the season for each program separately."
This new feature allows greater flexibility in managing the season for a given program. In the past, all programs were offered under a single "current" season, but now the current season can be overridden for a certain program to accommodate special situations.
Once you are in the new feature, please click on the help link to read a complete description of the intended use of this feature and possible pitfalls.

Visit the Download Center at Demosphere.com and click on ?Download Email Auto-Config Tool.? It will automatically reconfigure your e-mail service so you can properly receive your clubs? e-mail. All you need to do is answer a few simple questions such as: ?What do you use to check your e-mail?? and ?What is your password??
The email Auto-Config tool is a free program offered by Demosphere to keep your e-mail running efficiently and smoothly.
