Job Responsibilities: Oversees day-to-day operation of Demosphere and directly supports the Tournament and League Scheduling products.

Soccer Experience: Jay has coached his children and area youth since 1980.

Other Information: Jay Baker, a leading technology innovator since 1971, has served as Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of Demosphere since he co-founded the company in September 1990. During that period, Mr. Baker has been responsible for all strategic planning and oversight of the Company’s operations. Jay has been responsible for developing some of the first computer-aided design systems and has nearly 25 years of experience in market segmentation, direct response, and geo-demographic analysis applications. Jay has developed turnkey, state-of-the-art proprietary technology systems to implement and manage each client’s on-line property. His technologies have streamlined the content and programming management of web supersites in-house and on the field.

Jay’s understanding of sport drives the technology that he and his staff develop, providing the most efficient and effective means of servicing on-line properties. He has served on the U.S. Soccer Federation’s Communications Committee and Database Marketing Committee, and the US Youth Soccer Association’s Database Committee.

Throughout the technology advances of the last four decades, Mr. Baker has managed R&D teams to build leading-edge systems that extended the state-of-the-art with unique and innovative designs. His leadership abilities have coordinated a wide range of multi-disciplinary team members, providing them nurturing, fulfilling professional growth, while consistently meeting ambitious time and budget constraints. He combines a can-do attitude with excellence in technical approach, quality, and service to meet the needs of clients, who reciprocate with loyalty and expansion of their dealings with the company.
